Ashley Helms, R.N.

Ashley is a Florida native but spent most of her life in Charlotte, NC. She received her Bachelor
of Arts in psychology from UNC Charlotte and Associates in Nursing from Carolinas College of
Health Science.
Ashley began her nursing Career in the Emergency Department and spent nine years
developing skills in emergency management and leadership. She has developed a passion for
wellness and devoted her career to helping people live their best lives with hydration and
wellness.
At home Ashley is homeschooling her three children and enjoys gardening, reading and
spending time with her family.
